Vegetables and Fruits
We offer a wide variety of vegetables and fruits from our garden. We do all we can to ensure premium tasting produce, from seed selection to picking at peak ripeness.
- Vegetables
Grown on about two acres of fertile land, our vegetables are harvested from April through November. We offer numerous varieties of over thirty different species of vegetables, chosen primarily for their supreme and unique flavors, as well as history to the local area. For example, we grow “tennis ball” lettuce, a small butterhead type that was a favorite of Thomas Jefferson at his Monticello garden. We invite you to come out at see and taste our diverse selection of vegetables!

- Fruits
Our main fruit offerings come from our berry patch. We focus primarily on raspberries and blackberries (available for u-pick beginning in july), but also grow some strawberries and blueberries. Additionally, we grow several varieties of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydews. You can find all of our fruit available at our markets usually starting in late June.
