Through Holistic management, Rocklands Farm Winery exists to feed, nourish and engage our community. Holistic management balances the social, economic, and environmental factors for the success of the whole farming operation, including the greater community & ecosystem.
As stewards of our families, community & land, we utilize regenerative practices, which honor the successes of the past, create value today, and build future-capacity for those of a generation we may never meet.

The Farm
At Rocklands Farm, we seek to foster reverence, intimacy, and stewardship in our community through holistic land management and practicing regenerative agriculture, focusing on growing grass and building healthy soil while imitating nature’s patterns and processes in order to provide you with delicious, nutrient-dense wine, meat, and flowers.
The Wine
Fresh and delicious low-intervention wines transparent of time and place. 100% native yeast ferments, little to no sulfur. We make a lively variety of Sparkling, White, Rose, Orange and Red wines, creatively maneuvering Maryland’s challenging growing climate. Ultimately, we believe our light-handed, joyful approach to our production makes for more lively and interesting wines allowing them to be more transparent of time and place and celebrating the variations that come with each vintage.
Our Location
Only 40 minutes west of Washington D.C., Rocklands is nestled in the scenic Agricultural Reserve of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Our peaceful setting allows you to renew and refresh with family and friends, while enjoying our delicious wines and nutrient-dense food within our rustic, historic working farm.
Our Team
Greg Glenn
Co-Founder, CEO, Education Director, Farm & Livestock Manager
Greg oversees the entire operation, as well as directly manages the land, livestock, meat & education operations. Greg is married to Anna Joy, and they have four sons Fritz, Simeon, Charlie, and Jesse and one daughter, Thea.
Anna Joy Glenn
Creative Director
Anna is the co-owner & floral designer focusing on seasonally farmed + foraged florals for weddings and events, both on-farm and off-site. Anna Joy is married to Greg, and helps run the land, livestock & education operations.
Shawn manages wine production, oversees product development, and manages the Cellar Club. He and his wife, Melissa, have two sons, James & Peter, and one daughter, Mina.

Chris manages wine production and vineyard operations, as well as supporting business administration. He and his wife, Amy, have two sons, Daniel and Miles, and two dogs Gracie and Mona.

Jeni loves bringing people together for unforgettable moments with their friends and family. When not planning celebrations, you’ll find Jeni in the kitchen, cooking up something delicious to share with the people she loves.
