The afternoon continued with another selection of experiences throughout the farm. Guests could explore the vineyard on a vineyard tour, learn more about Rocklands' approach to regenerative farming, participate in a wine tasting experience, or join a line dancing session in the Barn accompanied by live music.

The result was a corporate retreat that felt less like a traditional team-building exercise and more like a day spent together at a beautiful farm.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was that guests didn't have to participate in every activity. Some employees who had originally signed up for activities ultimately chose to stay back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the farm. For colleagues who rarely have the opportunity to see one another in person, simply sitting together, talking, and enjoying the day became an important part of the retreat.
